Cleveland is a principal at Landmark Investments with nearly two decades of experience contracting, acquiring and entitling property over various asset classes.
As an attorney in Nashville, Cleveland represented property owners, developers, and investors within real estate, construction, land use and zoning law. In that representation, he assisted his clients in successfully navigating complex land use and entitlement challenges.
After leaving private practice, he joined CBRE in their Nashville office as a land broker. During that time, he represented local, national, and multi-national clients in the identification, sale, and purchase of highly competitive properties. Highlighted by the acquisition of one of the larger downtown Nashville assemblages totaling $80mm.
Prior to co-founding Landmark Investments, he led land acquisitions for the largest national luxury home builder. He was responsible for adding multiple prime real estate sites, increasing land positions in the last year by 50% totaling an additional $400mm in projected revenue.

Mike is actively involved in industry groups and remains engaged in the ever-changing regulatory environment, ensuring to mitigate risk to managed assets.
His distinguished career includes leadership roles at two Fortune 500 builders, real estate private equity, and as owner’s representation across multiple markets within the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast United States.
Mike has been responsible for the entitlement approvals and subsequent development of over $1 billion in assets.

Aaron is Director of Finance & Investments at Landmark. He has a proven track record of maximizing returns and optimizing outcomes for all stakeholders.
Prior to joining Landmark, he led the land development arm for a local real estate firm and worked for the fifth largest home builder in financial analysis. Aaron’s responsibilities included exploring new investment and development opportunities, entitlement management, dispositions, and providing analysis for strategic investment decisions.
Aaron evaluates real estate projects from diverse perspectives, ensuring alignment with market trends and stakeholder objectives, all with a strategic focus of managing risk-adjusted returns. His data driven approach achieves maximum value for investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
